my stay here was quite the experience, though not in a good way. dirty sheets greeted me, and despite pleading for an early check-in due to my long travel, they demanded an outlandish amount for merely a few hours. I almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn’t, as a gold-star guest like me definitely deserved more than this awful service.

The air conditioning system malfunctioned, turning itself on at random times, which disrupted my sleep. We had a solid stay here! The room was surprisingly well-equipped with a washing machine & kitchenette, which made our family trip super convenient. The vibe in this part of Shinjuku is just awesome. Only bummer was the breakfast. kinda limited if you're into healthy options.

i had a great stay at tokyo stay. the staff were amazing, so kind and helpful with lots of notes for easy check-in. the location is very close to nishi-shinjuku-gochome subway station at a reasonable price. my single room was clean and had everything i needed, especially in the bathroom. plus, being able to store my luggage after check-out was a huge bonus.

Both a washing machine and kitchenette in the room were incredibly convenient for a family during our 4-night stay. While the proximity to subway stations is a bit lacking, the nearby convenience stores and parks make up for it. One notable downside was that the dryer took longer to fully dry clothes, which could be frustrating during a busy travel day.
